Job Description - OFFICE MANAGER

OFFICE MANAGER:

HR / ADMINISTRATION / MARKETING / TRAINING / H&S / ACCOUNTS / EVERYTHING!

Revex Piling are a construction company that designs, supplies and installs screw piles across the length of New Zealand.  While new to the market, our team have unmatched experience such that we are one of the best in the world at what we do.  Within 3 years since starting, we are the ‘go-to’ screw piling company and negotiate most of our projects.

After continued growth for (almost) 3 years - Revex are seeking an Office Manager to join our fun-loving family crew. You’ll be working alongside our team of Engineers and Site Staff to take care of all the ‘extras’, so that they can focus on the core business of screw piling.  You will report directly to the leaders of the business, who are keen to grow this person.

We’re a close-knit, fun team with a family feel. 

And we also have big plans!

The Role

The role is to essentially do a lot of the “behind-the-scenes” work that keeps the business moving, including:

  • HR: 
    • Assist with getting new hires, ref checks, sorting contracts, annual reviews, organize training, update training registers, etc. 
  • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION:
    • Sort office supplies, book travel, office fit out, organize parties, print and file documents, assist with board reports, etc.
  • H&S / QUALITY:
    • Collate and maintain H&S and Quality statistics, Sitewise / ISO accreditation, H&S Checks, collect reports (and close them out), help with plant checks, and organize investigations.
  • MARKETING:
    • Help with New Business marketing initiatives, update websites/LinkedIn, align branding, and sort our 3 Year celebrations.
  • ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION:
    • Chase supplier invoices and credit cards and reconcile to projects, sort monthly payments, maintain Xero accounts, forecasting, and help the CFO.

It’s almost a case of what doesn’t this role do???!!!  

 

To Be Successful you will need:

  • A breadth of experience will be helpful – but the ability to learn with a “can-do” attitude will go a long way.
  • Great communication skills, a customer service ethos and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • MS Office and general computer skills.
