In this role the successful applicant will;
- Look after diary management, travel requirements for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Support Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in day to day tasks including dictation, research, correspondence, H&S policies, and procedures, including workplace policies.
- Assist with preparation of company and client reports.
- Prepare agendas, minute meetings and distribute minutes to appropriate staff members and clients.
- Look after the company service helpdesk, using "FreshDesk" - replying and managing all enquiries.
- Liaise with lease companies for vehicles, phones, and office spaces.
- Assist with Human Resources (HR)
- Book and organise attendance at various trade expos and conferences, including travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels).
- Oversee the smooth running of the companies administration and customer service
- Assist with the CEO's Personal Schedule on Request (i.e. booking reservations, accommodation, etc)
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience as a PA or EA
- Have experience running an office in a professional manner
- Think on your feet and make decisions quickly
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have intermediate Google Apps (GSuite) Experience
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English)
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be a confident team player
- Be able to work mainly between 9am - 5pm New Zealand Standard Time (NZST)
