Office Manager - Booking Co-Ordinator

This role involves a lot of time on the phone, calling our inquires back, providing quotes, answering questions, following up with clients, scheduling in work, replying to emails, answering our 0800  number. Requires an outgoing personality

Maximum Wash is a leading exterior building wash company in Auckland.

We have a warehouse/office in Onehunga. This is an in-office position

You will be working with the operations manager and director

• General administration duties - answering phones, emails, and booking appointments
• Liaise with customers, B2B B2C, and technicians, and action all inquiries
• Provide Quotes
• Data entering details and jobs into our computer program
• Knowledge of Xero
• Accounts payable/receivable experience
• Experience with Excell Spreadsheets
• Carry out any other administrative work as required & needed to fulfill this role
• Carry out all duties promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
• Customer service
• Excellent typing and accuracy
• The ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes to time and budget constraints
• High attention to detail and compliance
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral and analytical skills
• Professional phone manner

A person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn would be most suited to this role as it is quite a diversified role.
