Job Description - Office Manager - Continuous Learning Opportunities

We are hiring a dedicated Office Manager to join our all-star team at Profile Group in Canterbury.

The Opportunity
  
An exciting opportunity awaits you in a dynamic firm that's experiencing significant growth and expansion.
As part of the team as a part time Office Manager you'll play a pivotal role supporting the team in spearheading some of Christchurch's most remarkable upcoming projects.
Located in newly constructed offices on the outskirts of the CBD, you'll enjoy convenient access to nearby shopping and dining options.
  
  
The Company
Work for a rural business group that capably identifies and seizes the opportunity, maximizing potential to generate ongoing revenue streams across large-scale and high-profile projects. 
  
  
The Role 

Suited to someone from a professional environment, you will be supporting Directors and several consultants across a range of tasks not limited too; 

  • Coordinating documents and checking compliance
  • Part time 25 hours a week 
  • Diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and client engagements 
  • Anticipate and prepare information/documents to facilitate meetings
  • Follow up on meeting actions requiring completion by relevant parties
  • Assist with organising events, ensuring the smooth operation of the office
  • Assisting with report generation with Word and Excel 
  • Assist with marketing and ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
  • General house keeping when quiet.
  
Your Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience as an administrator or PA or background within Engineering/Property/Legal/Insurance/Finance or similar role within a professional environment
  • The ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
  • Have a professional manner and business etiquette 
  • Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel
  • Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
