About the Role
- Admin tasks, travel bookings, event management, in-house social media, stocking the kitchens, purchasing supplies, managing uniforms, HR admin, organising training
- Working through employee and visitor enquiries
- Health & Safety inductions & onboarding activities
- Reports to Head of HR & reception based
- Key role in ensuring a smooth running head office!
About You
- Outstanding organiser with excellent attention to detail
- A friendly, positive manner with absolute discretion
- Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
