Job Description - Office Manager/ Receptionist

The Role

We are looking for a friendly Office Manager / Receptionist to join the team at Oceania, based in Auckland CBD. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be highly organised and savvy with your organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills. In this role, you’ll take ownership of reception and facility management for our corporate office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly!

This role is at the heart of the Corporate Office and is involved in all areas, ensuring the efficient running of the office, taking phone calls, and maintaining effective administrative systems across Oceania.

You’ll be experienced in managing calendars, booking travel, and planning events, and managing expectations. We’re looking for someone who is warm and friendly with good judgement of what priorities look like.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and innovative environment and work in our brand-new office with a stunning panoramic view of the Auckland harbour.

You will have 3+ years of proven office administration experience with excellent organisational and time management skills. Your attention to detail and fabulous communication/interpersonal skills will shine through. You will be someone who thrives on multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
