Cracking team, amazing manager, you will be based in their fabulous open-planned office (CBD) before moving to a beautiful new premise (near the Airport) end of the year.
What will my day look like?
- PA support to the CFO (diary management / travel bookings)
- Manage the monthly business performance reporting process (diary invites, liaising with crew to ensure deadlines met etc)
- Processing and approval of monthly invoices
- Resposnible for general office management (including management of office supplies / stationery / building management / couriers / main phone line)
- No two days are the same!
