So here is the deal:
Need experience with client facing roles and ideally if and statements in excel. Setting up Smartsheet experience preferred.
Used to be an accountant, started a business that has a similar process to how year end accounts are produced. Information is collected from the client, labelled, marked off on a list and then the next person in the process is notified the file is complete. I need a super detailed oriented person, which means I need to bring another accounting type person in the fold.
The job would be 100% work from home, with very flexible hours. As long as everything is done within a 1 day turnaround, your job is done.
Essentially this is filling out a 3 styles of forms, 2 types are online, one is printing off the form and mailing off. You need to have a colour printer for this, but I will pay for ink and paper. The company is helps schools out, so there is a feel good aspect to all of this
What you get out of it: Pay, hours that can fit around your life, and this would be an ideal side hustle. 10-20 hours a week
