Your opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the sales team in the Avondale Office. As the Sales Administrator, your role is to assist our National Accounts, Internal Sales, and Business Development within our key customers to deliver on sales and financial targets. 

Key responsibilities include:   

• Process online, email and phone enquiries.
• Invoicing
• Handle billing inquiries 
• Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit invoices
• Recovering outstanding debt. 
• Communicate customer feedback.
• Assist the sales team.

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative role or similar.
• Analytical thinker.
• Computer skills - Excel in particular. 
• Ability to influence internally & develop internal partnerships.
• Organized, good time management skills.
• Ability to assist the team to deliver on combined KPIs and execute on business decisions.

The role is available from the 01 July 2024 - 30 September 2024.
