We offer a diverse range of adventures including guided kayak tours, scenic boat cruises, SUP adventures, fishing charters, and 4WD excursions. Role Overview:
The Operations Manager is the cornerstone of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all activities. This role involves staff management, health and safety compliance, customer service, logistics, and maintenance planning. The goal is to ensure that every adventure offered is a 5-star experience and that all staff are exceptionally well looked after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing schedules that balance peak and off-peak seasons, ensuring optimal coverage and safety compliance
• Welcoming and integrating new team members, setting them up for success with professional induction, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Leading and supporting the team of guides, tour leaders, and office staff.
• Logistics Coordination: Ensuring all tours are equipped and ready to go, regardless of weather conditions.
• Health, Safety & Environment: Prioritizing safety and sustainability in all operations.
• Finance & Administration: Collaborating with directors on budget planning and expenditure management.
• Maintaining clear communication and regular reporting to directors.
  
  What We're Looking For: 
• Minimum of 5 years in the tourism or adventure industry at a supervisory or managerial level, with a focus on outdoor guiding.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in outdoor guiding/tourism.
• Relevant qualification in Management, Tourism, Outdoor Education, or a related field.
• Certifications in Health and Safety compliance are a plus.
• Current Workplace First Aid Certification.
• Full driver’s license.
