Operations Manager - Hiring Fast

As our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our operational processes and fostering a culture of excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead our teams in both people management and operational processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Utilise your strategic mindset to align people strategies with business objectives, driving towards our mission of providing world class cancer treatment.
• Oversee and inspire a dedicated team of administrative support staff and nurses, guiding them towards achieving excellence in their roles.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maintain a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For:

As our ideal candidate you'll have an operations background preferably from within the healthcare industry. Bringing your process improvement and project management expertise, you’ll be well versed in HR best practice, and knowledge in lean methodology and business analytics would be advantageous. You’ll have a relevant tertiary qualification in business, health or project management and to deliver operational excellence you will also need to demonstrate:

• Strong Leadership & Communication: Inspire and motivate our people to achieve their best while fostering an engaged and collaborative team environment.
• Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies & root causes and implement solutions for sustainable operational improvement.
• Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Align operational initiatives with broader organisational goals for long-term success, while embracing change in the face of shifting priorities.
