About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of our team, support frontline teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting frontline teams


• Ensuring service delivery meets customer and contractual requirements


• Managing operational issues, incidents, and escalations


• Supporting workforce coordination and service coverage


• Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and operational standards


• Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships


• Driving team performance and continuous improvement


• Supporting efficient and cost-effective service delivery

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on leader who can motivate teams and deliver results.

You will have:

• Experience leading operational teams


• Background in security, facilities, logistics, transport, or a similar service environment


• Strong communication and relationship management skills


• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems


• Experience improving team performance and service outcomes


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service


• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
