We have an opening in our busy group of medical centres. This is a permanent full time position working hours across Monday to Friday.

The purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations, including HR, financial management, quality improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities involve managing staff, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and coordinating building maintenance.

You will bring to the role:

• 5 years management experience minimum
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Be honest, reliable and self motivated.
• Be able to work independently and in a team.
• Have financial management or accounting skills.
