ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion our longstanding, successful client is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their busy team! This is a varied role with the primary focus being processing, coordinating and invoicing customer sales orders.

The hours of work are 40/week - start and finish time range from 8:30 - 6:00.
  

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE

• Taking customer enquiries and bookings
• Scheduling and allocating orders
• Liaising with both customers and the team
• Managing bookings
• Responding to queries via email and answering phone calls
• Invoicing

  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years previous experience in Operations or similar role
• System savvy and fast learner - experience using Business Central/Navision + Microsoft office is advantageous
• High level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail 
• Able to problem solve and prioritize time well
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
