Due to an internal promotion our longstanding, successful client is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their busy team! This is a varied role with the primary focus being processing, coordinating and invoicing customer sales orders.
The hours of work are 40/week - start and finish time range from 8:30 - 6:00. OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE
Taking customer enquiries and bookings
Scheduling and allocating orders
Liaising with both customers and the team
Managing bookings
Responding to queries via email and answering phone calls
Invoicing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years previous experience in Operations or similar role
System savvy and fast learner - experience using Business Central/Navision + Microsoft office is advantageous
High level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
Able to problem solve and prioritize time well
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
