About the Opportunity
Join Kotahi’s high-performing Operations team as an Operations Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract, where you’ll play a pivotal role as the key contact point for operational activities, engaging with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll support the wider operations team with the day-to-day execution of booking requests, equipment and transport, proactively identifying potential issues, resolving efficiently, and communicating to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll also play a key role in booking management and monitoring the Order to Booking Process to ensure compliance to agreed turn time requirements and SLA.

About You

With previous experience in a customer focused operations role, you are a natural relationship builder and excel at managing, solving, and escalating customer queries and issues, ensuring clear ownership through to close out. You are systems savvy with the ability to analyse and solve data discrepancies between different sources.

You will also be comfortable being part of an on-call weekend roster providing after-hours transport provider and carrier support for any urgent issues during weekends and public holidays.
