Te kowhiringa | The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join assist with various projects across the Central Hawkes Bay. Based from our Waipawa Depot, you will operate across a range of situations including high shoulder removal, unsealed road maintenance and pavement construction.  Experience in final trim is advantageous but not essential – if you are dedicated and have a keenness to learn, we still want to talk with you! Other responsibilities will include: Helping with safe site setup for your crew and the general public Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment Working as part of a cohesive team to deliver to client requirements Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills With an eye for detail and a steady hand, you will be confident in operating heavy grading machinery and delivering quality results.
