About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
As the Organisational Support and Capability Advisor you will play a crucial role supporting our 80 CABs throughout Aotearoa. You will help CABs to meet their legal and constitutional obligations and to operate effectively, sustainably and at their best.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, with a focus on supporting those involved in governance and management roles across the organisation. You will provide guidance on volunteer and staff management, organisational policies, funding, health and safety, and service development.
This role requires strong organisational and self-management skills, excellent people-skills and the ability to communicate effectively, a problem-solving approach, and a commitment to supporting CABs across Aotearoa.
