Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused OSPRI Support Representative to join our Support Centre team in Wellington. Reporting to the Team Leader, OSPRI Support, you will be a key point of contact for farmers, landowners, veterinarians and other stakeholders, providing advice, information and support across OSPRI’s disease management and traceability programmes.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responding to enquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues and completing important administrative and compliance processes. You work will contribute directly to the successful delivery of OSPRI’s programmes and provide a positive experience for our stakeholders.
This role reflects , supporting and assisting a wide range of stakeholders, and Ka Tūtuki ā Mātou Mahi | We Deliver, ensuring accurate, timely and professional service every day.

You enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. You're a strong communicator who can confidently explain information, solve problems and remain calm under pressure. You are naturally organised, have great attention to detail and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same. You'll be comfortable balancing customer enquiries with administrative tasks and will have a genuine interest in supporting New Zealand's agricultural sector.
