Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role:
As an OSPRI Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our customers and supporting the people within our Support Centre. As the senior member of the team, you’ll bring together technical expertise, customer insight, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
You’ll be the go-to person for complex queries and escalations, helping farmers and industry partners navigate challenging situations with clarity and care. You’ll also be a key contributor to improving how we work — identifying patterns in customer interactions, strengthening our knowledge base, and supporting the development of tools, training, and processes that make life easier for both our customers and our team.
Our Support Centre is a place where everyone’s ideas matter. You’ll have opportunities to get involved in projects, influence how we evolve our service practices, and help build a culture that is positive, collaborative, and high performing.
