Due to an internal promotion (congratulations Layla) we have a great opportunity for another super organized, detail focused and awesome administrator to be our next Outdoor Operations Executive.
The Role
At MediaWorks, our Outdoor division includes premium digital and static billboards , bus advertising and key transit hubs across rail, ferry and buses. We reach audiences across New Zealand, from the car, outside in the streets to the commuter networks - we deliver flexible advertising solutions. This role is being the main liaison between MediaWorks Outdoor installation operations and production teams and the installers for all Out of Home. You will work across digital, static and bus installation. Liaising internally and externally across installation, art work and scheduling.
- Liaising internally and externally specifications and production details to clients and the sales team
- Scanning photos and keeping the digital files up to date
- Identify issues and manage time delays
- Phoning installers and keeping up to date with deadlines
- Send approvals and artwork to printers
- Provide production reports to print supplier to help track print queues
- Identify issues and manage time delays
- Scheduling and reporting
- Coordinate post campaign proof of posting and street photography
About You
- Strong Administration and/or coordination experience
- Fresh graduate with an interest in Media and Advertising
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong attention to detail - this is a must!!
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask
- Google docs or MS Suite experience and at ease picking up new systems
- Ability to think outside the box to problem solve
- Process driven and great at meeting deadlines
- Takes ownership and makes things happen
- Someone that likes to have a laugh and doesn't take life too seriously
