We are looking for an organized Pacific Islands Sales Executive to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the Pacific market industry. To be a successful Pacific Islands Sales Executive you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing and have a vast knowledge of garments industry.

 

Benefits:

We pay marketing leading pay rate of $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 pa for 40 hours per week role. 

 

Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years relevant work experience. Experience in garment industry will be advantageous. Qualification is not mandatory but a relevant qualification will be preferred. 

 

Pacific Islands Sales Executive Job Description

A Pacific Islands Sales Executive is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans, goals, and targets to reach to generate new clients. The sales and marketing Executive will also manage both the island marketing and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals in Fiji.

 

Pacific Islands Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that they meet their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, appointing agents and distributors
  • Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends,
  • Suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals and be able to identify the gaps in the Pacific garment industry needs to generate sales 
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans, advertising, and sampling 
  • Developing pricing strategies and Credit Policies, and meeting marketing needs, 
  • Planning sales trips around Pacific islands to generate sales by marketing our products  
  • arranging the shipping of goods into and out of the country 
  • overseeing the display and sale of merchandise and preparation of product information for customer service staff and customers 
  • implementing after-sales service procedures
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, and maintain personal and professional networks.

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing networks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage and alien meeting in Pacific islands 
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be ever ready to travel adhoc hours to islands depending on travel time and dates.
