If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Lead and Packaging Design within our FMCG food importing and marketing company.
Company Overview:
We are a prominent FMCG food importer and marketer, specialising in developing our own brands and taking them to market. With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we strive to deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will play a key role in developing new brands, designing captivating packaging, enhancing our brand presence, and managing various marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
Food Packaging Design: Develop visually appealing and functional packaging designs that resonate with our target audience and meet industry standards.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, to promote our brands and engage with our audience effectively.
Brochure Design: Design and produce compelling brochures and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our brand value propositions and product offerings.
Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project goals and objectives.
Artwork Proofing: Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and proofing artwork materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.
Liaison with Printers, Contractors, and Artwork Specialists: Collaborate with external stakeholders to coordinate printing and production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Nutritional Panel and Ingredients List Understanding: Demonstrate a solid understanding of nutritional panels and ingredients lists to accurately communicate product information to consumers and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong emphasis on food packaging design.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, including content creation and community management.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in artwork proofing and quality control processes.
Familiarity with print production processes and experience liaising with printers, contractors, and artwork specialists.
Knowledge of nutritional panels and ingredients lists is a definite advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Flexibility in working hours, with the potential for some work-from-home options based on mutual agreement. Expected 20 to 30 hours per week.
