Job Description - Painter & Panel Beater

Our Client  is looking for Experienced Automotive Spray Painter & Panel Beater to Join their team.

Minimum 40 hours guaranteed , Full Time Permanaet roles Mon - Fri .

We currently have position's available for experienced Panelbeaters and Car Painters at all our Auckland based branches:-

Albany , Birkenhead, Browns Bay, Glenfield, Silverdale, Takapuna, Avondale, Hendoson, Onehunga, Manurewa.

Painter Job Requirement 

You will need full knowledge of the painting industry be able to cover all aspects including preparation the ability to complete all tasks to a high standard and team player who is well-organized and can be able to work unsupervised.

You will be required to do all aspects of the job. 1-2 YEARS of Experience OR Any Trade qualification  necessary. 

  • Preparation of body panels for painting. 
  • Paint color mixing.
  • Applying paint & protective coatings to metal and non-metallic surfaces.
  • polishing & finishing painted surfaces.
  • Honest and Reliable
  • Professional work ethic and positive can- do attitude
  • The abilitiy to meet goals and deadlines

 

Panel Beater Job Requirement 

We provide all aspects of motor vehicle collision repair services. You will have good attention to detail and be able to produce a quality end product keeping our customers in mind at all times.
Our busy shops are fitted with the latest equipment and technology.
The main responsibilities of the role include executing quality structural repairs panel repairs dismantling and re-assembly work as required and delivering quality service.
Relevant Trade Certificate or 1-5 years workshop experience required.

chassis straightening knowledge will be an advantage 
You need to be punctual and conscientious with a positive can-do attitude.

Ensure all structural and non-structural repairs are always performed to manufacturers standards.  

• Refit and align panels.  

• Remove and refit glass as required. 

• Contribute to the effective running of the workshop assisting colleagues as and when required.  

• Keep Health and Safety front of mind and ensure it is always a priority. 

 

To be considered you will: 

• Have a passion for the motor vehicle industry in particular industry advancements and technologies.  

• Have a passion and drive to succeed and continuously development and improve expertise. 

• And be Physically fit and able to fulfill the requirements of the position including the operation of equipment machinery and the ability to be on your feet for most of the day.
