About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our Residential Maintenance Team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining and improving our residential properties through high-quality painting, plastering and decorating work across vacant apartments, common areas and building interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior painting, plastering and decorating across residential buildings


• Preparing, patching and finishing walls, woodwork and surfaces


• Painting vacant units and common areas to a high standard


• Selecting and using appropriate products for each job


• Managing painting supplies, tools and stock


• Maintaining clean, organised and safe work sites


• Following health and safety procedures and using PPE correctly

About You

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in painting, plastering and decorating


• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship


• Good knowledge of painting products, materials and waterproofing systems


• Well organised, reliable and proactive


• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
