Painter/Maintenance

The Goodwood Park Healthcare Group is a leading provider of both community and residential services for people with a Mental Health Illness and/or Traumatic Brain Injury.

We are seeking a painter/decorator to join our busy team at our residential facility based in Ramarama South Auckland. The role involves maintaining painting/decorating of buildings and, from time to time, some assistance with general maintenance as required, although painting is the main part of the role.

The successful candidate must have:

• experience with painting/decorating
• a good understanding of Health & Safety
• an eye for detail and quality
• full New Zealand Driver Licence
• interest in working in a health/disability setting
• good time management skills and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

This role will suit someone who is reliable with excellent communication skills and has a good ability to plan ahead.
