Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator - Excellent Benefits Package

Canterbury Rugby Football Union (CRFU) is one of the leading and most respected sporting organisations in New Zealand.  We have a rare opportunity to join the organisation as our Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator.  

The Partnerships and Engagement team are tight knit, fast-paced and fun! The team drive the commercial and marketing outcomes for Canterbury Rugby generating and retaining revenue through partnerships, and creating engagement with the Canterbury Rugby brand through events, game-days, advertising and content.

Due to internal promotion, we’re looking for a person to join the team as our Coordinator and help take it to a new level.  This person needs to bring energy, initiative, a can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in with your teammates. 

You will assist the Partnerships Team to deliver the contracted obligations, rights and benefits to the portfolio of revenue relationships by co-ordinating key elements including, but not limited to:

• Signage and display elements.
• Ticketing distribution.
• Brand, IP and association benefits integration within CRFU.
• Leverage plans.
• Production agency liaison.
• Liaison and communication support with the Partnership portfolio.
• Provide support to the sales and renewal process through effective research and reporting. Potential for this role to drive sales efforts and earn commission during agreed windows of the year
• Assist with administration tools and processes.

Engagement Co-ordination

Overseen by the Head of Engagement, assist the Engagement Team to deliver the planned marketing, communication, advertising, events and activation initiatives including, but not limited to:

• Assist in keeping the content and data on owned digital platforms up to date.
• Assist with administration tools and processes.
• Integration of Partnership rights benefits into Engagement channels.
• Provide support to the Events Executive on game-day engagement and delivery of NPC / FPC home games
• In conjunction with the Events Executive, assist in the delivery of partner activations at NPC / FPC home games
• Assist the Events Executive on all CRFU partner engagement events 
• Book planned advertising and media schedules where required
