Job Description - Parts Consultant

Porter Parts is New Zealand’s leading supplier of Heavy Equipment spare parts, with 16 branches throughout New Zealand and Australia Porter Parts continues to experience market growth creating new and exciting opportunities. As a division of the Porter Group of companies Porter Parts supplies many well-respected international brands into the Australasian market.

We are looking for an experienced Parts Consultant based in our busy Hamilton branch; although a Heavy Equipment background is preferred this could also suit someone with an automotive/mechanical background.
The successful applicant would need to meet the following criteria,

• Parts Interpreter experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer Literate
• Demonstrates absolute attention to detail
• Work well within a team
• Positive and Proactive approach
• Neat personal appearance
• Ability to progress in a growing company
