We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our parts department at Queenstown Motor Group looking after Audi, Subaru and Volkswagen.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you'll take charge of overseeing the warehouse and parts inventory to increase efficiency. Expect a dynamic role filled with variety, including working alongside technicians to fulfil their parts requirements and coordinating retail and trade requests. Additionally, you'll be responsible for organising parts collections and ensuring smooth deliveries. Duties will include, however not limited to:

• Ordering of parts and maintaining company stock levels.
• Picking parts for customer orders and monitoring the availability of stock.
• Quoting, invoicing and taking payments.
• Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues).
• Carry out duties to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sorting of inbound and outbound freight.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Follow through on all customer enquiries - phone, email and in person.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers.

We're looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role within a dealership environment or at an importer level, preferably with luxury brand exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
• Passion for building and mentoring a strong team culture.
• Outstanding people skills creating a customer-centric service approach.
• Full NZ driver's licence.
• Right to work in NZ - We are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand.
