About the Role:
As a Sales Representative based in Auckland, you will play a critical role in expanding our market share and building strong relationships with key customers in the region. You will be responsible for:
• Proactively prospecting and qualifying new leads
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the passive fire industry, installers, engineers, architects, consultants, builders, specifiers, and merchants
• Presenting and selling Allproof's extensive range of passive fire protection products
• Identifying and understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Who We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, notably Passive Fire and its key players in Auckland & NZ
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
Ideal Applicant Will Have:
• Experience with the Passive Fire/Building trades/industry
