Payroll Administrator - Join a Market Leader

The Company

My client is an established community-based organisation who has experienced growth due to their innovative nature. Due to their growth a newly created opportunity has presented itself. They are looking for an analytical, numerically strong Payroll Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As the Payroll Administrator, you will report directly to the CFO. You will be responsible for the following:

• Setting up new staff and actioning leavers
• Ensuring accuracy of cost centres
• Point of contact for outsourced payroll team
• Liaise with Payroll, Finance, P&C and Service Directors
• Prepare documents such as employment agreements
• Assist the CFO in generating month end, FTE reporting

Your profile:

To be suitable for the opportunity you:

• Have a solid understanding of NZ Holidays Act
• Ideally have experience with unions
• Possess firm understanding of general HR, employment agreements etc
• Have high attention to detail
• Proactive communication
