Payroll Specialist

Our client, a service provider on the North Shore, is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to assist their finance team. This contract is 3-6 months.

About the Role

• Loading, updating and maintaining employee information in the payroll system
• Maintaining, loading & calculating payroll data for wage and salary employees
• Responsibility for meeting all payroll related tax obligations with the IRD including timely and accurate filing/payment of PAYE & Kiwi saver
• Answering payroll related queries
• Reconciling payroll headcount

About You

• You will have at least 3 years payroll experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail
