The role
Reporting to the South Island Operations Manager, you'll be the trusted people and culture partner to operational leaders across the region, providing practical, people-focused advice and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle
This is a true business partnering role—embedded in operations, connected to the field, and aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll play a key role in supporting our diverse team of leaders and employees to build engaged, high-performing teams, while helping us continue to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
You’ll work across a wide variety of generalist areas, including employment relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance and development, change management, and culture initiatives. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and rich in opportunity to stretch your skills and grow your impact.
