Job Description - People and Culture Business Partner

Reporting to a Senior Executive, the purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of the people and culture strategy, encompassing all aspects of people and culture which include people leadership, talent development, succession planning, Organisational development, engagement and health, safety, and wellbeing.

In addition, the role leads and coaches a People Advisor, who has responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and compliance and reporting.

Further key responsibilities include.

 Effective quarterly and annual reviews, development and succession planning, ensuring people leaders have the right people with the right skills in the right roles. Working with the ELT and team leaders to ensure their teams get it, want it, and have the capability to do their roles.
 Translate the organisations vision to business plan execution, enabling leaders and teams to become high performers.
 Build culture and engagement through the development of trusted relationships, being insightful and ensuring best practice across the organisation at all times.
 Provide expert People and culture advice to all areas on all aspects of human resource management recruitment and selection, change management, learning & development, wellbeing, diversity, policy compliance, engagement, , performance, succession planning, and talent management practices.

To be a success in this role you will role model best people and culture practices and provide coaching, guidance, and expert operational advice through everyday interactions with a wide range of employees and leaders, and ultimately enhance the employee experience through your
specialist and considerable Human Resources knowledge and experience. You are likely to be a senior HR Business partner or People and Culture Manager. 

You will possess the full gamut of people and culture skills including learning and development, talent management, remuneration, employee relations, and change management will put you in the right position to be a success in this role.

Ideally holding a degree in Human Resources with a minimum of eight years  experience, you will bring high levels of professionalism,
proven leadership influencing skills, EQ, credibility and passion and energy to this exciting opportunity.
