The People and Culture Business Partner role is a new and exciting position created following internal movements and promotions for Rohe 1 (Region 1). Rohe 1 covers our Te Tai Tokerau | Northland and Tāmaki Makaurau | Auckland based divisions. This role has flexibility to be based at one of our Tāmaki Makaurau | Auckland premises.
In this role you will partner with managers and leaders to provide high quality service and reliable advice that supports the success of regional delivery, kaimahi and ākonga.

The People Culture and Wellbeing team will together foster the development of values-based culture and aligned leadership within Te Pūkenga.
