At PwC, our purpose is clear: to build trust in society and solve important problems.

People are at the heart of everything we do at PwC, and our P&C Connect team is the operational engine room that keeps the firm running smoothly. • Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employee movements, ensuring smooth experiences and high-quality, accurate data across P&C systems.

  • Preparing and maintaining employment documentation and variations, supporting compliance, consistency and risk management.

  • Supporting People & Culture Advisors and Business Partners by coordinating activities, preparing documentation, collating data and assisting with people initiatives.

  • Clear, confident and professional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to engage effectively with employees and people leaders.

  • Practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay organised, calm and solutions-focused in a deadline-driven, operational environment.
