About the role

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll get exposure to the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to wellbeing, engagement, and day‑to‑day People & Culture operations. You’ll build practical skills, , and see first-hand how great culture is created.

This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, organised, and eager to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting recruitment administration, job ads, and candidate communication


• Helping deliver warm and engaging onboarding experiences


• Keeping HR records up-to-date and ensuring documentation is accurate


• Assisting with wellbeing, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and learning initiatives


• Helping with employee queries and general HR support tasks

What you’ll bring

• A recent degree or qualification in HR, or a related field


• Great organisation skills and a strong attention to detail


• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn


• Confident, friendly communication both written and verbal


• Comfort using technology and managing documents


• A proactive, can-do approach you like to help and get things done
