The People & Capability Business Partner is responsible for:
- Delivering services that support and are interwoven with tikanga.
- Providing strategic and operational advice and guidance on all people related matters.
- Ensuring management is familiar with and able to use the People & Capability policies, processes and initiatives that are required so that we are successful in achieving our moemoeā.

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in the area of Human Resources, supported by a relevant degree, is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngāti Toa. Of course, you’ll be well practiced in:
- Unravelling the legal jargon
- Interpreting data so that it makes sense
- Connecting the HR dots for our kaimahi
- Building fantastic working relationships with your team and wider peers
