People Consultant Contract

The role

Generalist Human Resources Consultant where you will support business leaders and managers across performance, change and restructure, employment relations and any adhoc projects that require great HR skills.

In this role you will be working with a variety of stakeholders who are professional, collegial, driven, polite and knowledgeable.

To be a success in this role you will role model best HR practice and provide coaching, guidance and support through everyday interactions with all staff, and ultimately enhance the employee experience. This contract will suit and experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. 

Your demonstrable all-round skills including ER, HR Advisory, and change management will put you in the right place to be a quick success in this role.

Ideally holding a degree in Human Resources, and with a minimum of five years' experience, you will bring high levels of professionalism, EQ, credibility and passion and energy to this urgent opportunity.
  

This role is for a 6 month period - will take you to Christmas, with a strong possibility of an extension.  This is a part time role - 30 hours per week.
