Job Description - People & Culture Administrator

We are looking for an administrator extraordinaire to join our People and Culture (HR) department based in the central city within our Group Services business unit - Rosestone Capital Ltd. 
 

Position Overview:

As the Group People and Culture Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the People and Culture Department and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for various HR administration functions within recruitment, employee onboarding, performance reviews, benefits administration, employee relations, alongside other general HR record-keeping and personal assistant duties . This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Supporting Functions:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in job posting creation, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support the hiring process by conducting reference checks, background verifications, and coordinating pre-employment assessments.

2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and organising employee training programs.
  • Manage the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews, processing relevant paperwork, and updating employee records.

3. General HR Administration:

  • Prepare employment agreements, offer letters and job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
  • Prepare HR-related reports.
  • Assist with writing and maintaining HR policies.

4. Performance Reviews:

  • Facilitate performance review system.

5. Benefits and Compensation:

  • Support benefits administration along with supplier relations.
  • Administrate compensation and performance management programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing.

6. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.

7. HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with teams and departments to support their HR administration.

9. Training & Development:

  • Support the training and development programme.

 Qualifications and Skills:

- High Proficiency in the Google Suite.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- 3+ years prior experience in an administration, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

- Experience with HR processes, policies, and best practices helpful but not essential.

- Experience with HRIS sytems and other HR

-related software a bonus but not essential.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations also helpful.

Hours:

40 hours per week
