About your new role:
Do you thrive on challenges and want to make a real impact? This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about developing people and driving positive change. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, there are two parts to the role. Your primary focus will be in managing Learning and Development across the business, being a key contributor to the overall L&D strategy and the implementation of a Learning Management System. The second part of the role is providing generalist P&C support across the full employee cycle to provide high-quality HR Services, coaching and guidance that supports the business strategic objectives. With a mix of specialist systems support, a focus on data and being connected to the business through people advisory, this role is varied and impactful.
The People and Culture team is small, and we work seamlessly together to deliver an excellent people experience. You will have a human-centred approach and be passionate about what you do. You will have the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision making and understand the needs of the business from a people perspective.
