About the role
This is a great opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to take on an interesting and varied 12 month maternity leave contract. The role, which reports to the VP, Talent & Culture is responsible for supporting the team at Invenco in an advisory capacity, providing insight across a range of areas from employee documentation to induction, employee relations, reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Talent Acquisition & onboarding
• Employee experience, Engagement & Culture 
• Talent management & succession planning 
• Learning & Development 
• Employee  relations and Performance Management 
• Reporting & Analytics 
• Project management

About you
Ideally, you’ll have 3-6 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role with exposure to a global company environment and international teams. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as love to work in a team. Experience working in the fast paced Tech sector would be a bonus.

Skills Required:

• A tertiary qualification in human resources
• Experience working with global teams in a corporate environment
• Good understanding of NZ employment and immigration law 
• Excellent communications skills with an ability to work with a range of people
• Strong problem solving skills
• A positive attitude, resilience and ability to pitch in to get the job done
• An understanding of data and how to present it in an easy to understand form
