Are you passionate about HR and technology? We have a permanent senior level role located in Hamilton that requires a HR generalist who has delivered HR projects ideally including HR system implementations. This role does require previous leadership experience.
Will also suit Auckland based candidates prepared to travel 3 days per week.
This role will be key in collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging and aligning key stakeholders and managing relationships with external vendors whilst managing multiple ongoing projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
Whilst the role is systems focused - you will need a good understanding of HR – so that the systems will be fit for purpose - it will ideally suit someone with an HR background who leans into technology and is systems savvy. You will have technical support from a systems specialist, so you don’t need to be overly technical.
To be successful in the role you will need the following relevant experience:
• Proven experience as a HR generalist
• Extensive HR project implementation experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
