Performance Specialist

As a proud iwi-owned organisation, Switched On Housing exists to ensure that whānau living in Kāinga Ora properties have safe, warm, dry and comfortable living environments.

Based in Havelock North and due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for the next member of the Performance team to support our high performing and busy team who support our trades subcontracts and manage quality standards across Hawkes Bay, Manawatu and East Coast.

What your day may include:

·       Liaising with Performance Partners or Trade sub-contractors, daily

·       Managing the administration of sub-contractor onboarding and offboarding process

·       Updating contractor documentation and information, maintaining registers

·       Generating reports to provide meaningful data and insights

·       Processing of corrective actions to ensure compliance and timelines are met

·       Analysing documentation and providing information and data for monthly reporting

What we are looking for:

·       Someone who has an eye for detail with ability to focus on timelines and outcomes

·       Experience dealing with trades would be an advantage

·       Strong administration and organisational skills

·       Ability to self- manage, apply self- discipline and use initiative

·       Ability to understand and interpret contracts, compliance and technical documentation

·       Effective communication skills

·       Good sense of humour and able to balance professionalism and fun while knowing when to apply a down-to-earth approach and when to escalate things formally
