We are actively looking for an Account Manager to join our Alignz family based in our Hamilton office.
As the Account Manager, you will be required to create long-term, trusting relations with our clients. The role is to oversee a portfolio of clientele, recruit, onboard and mobilize suitable candidates, and develop new business organically whilst actively seeking new sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Build, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts/ portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Connecting with key business stakeholders.
- Preparing sales reports.
- Manage client queries.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- End to end recruitment: source, onboard and mobilize candidates.
To be considered you will have
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Previous experience working with Recruitment CRM systems and MS Office.
- Providing and delivering solutions for clients and candidates alike.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about working with people and the wider community.
- Solution driven with a “CAN DO” attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Current and valid driver’s licence (Restricted minimum).
- Willing to complete and provide a current police check.
- Available immediately.
