Job Description - Personal Assistant

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to deliver support to the Executive Manager Partnerships and the Executive Manager Buy and Brand.  You’ll manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgement, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.  If you excel at organisation, communication, and stakeholder management, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.  This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) at our NZI Centre. At IAG we offer flexibility in the way we
  work with agreed in office days. 


 



Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do


• General PA support, including diary coordination, meeting agendas, coordination correspondence, book travel arrangements
• Coordination of reports and presentations
• Budget tracking and reporting
• Coordination of internal communications
• Support the Brand and Marketing Teams
• Processing of credit card and expense claims, invoices and payments


• Coordination of team events


• Participation in projects as required

Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring

• Solid experience in a similar Personal Assistant Role
• Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Trusted to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong prioritisation, time management, and stakeholder capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Proactive and flexible
