The Opportunity:

This organisation is looking for an experienced PA to assist the General Manager with day to day time management, meeting coordination and general administration tasks. The GM is very busy, so this role will be very hands on, and will be varied depending on the business needs. You will need to be one step ahead, and have impeccable organisation skills.

What the position will involve:

• Daily dairy and email inbox management 
• Booking in meetings, preparing required resources and organizing rooms
• Preparing documents as required by the GM
• Taking minutes in meetings
• Assisting the wider team with administration duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a personal assistant position 
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong administration skills
• Confidence and conviction in your ability
• The ability to work with different people and be empathetic when needed
