Job Description - Personal Assistant (Business Brokers) - Growth-Minded Organization

We are in search of a resourceful Personal Assistant (Business Brokers) to join our awesome team at JOYN in Ellerslie, Auckland.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to work for a reputable family of business brokers. As commission-based contractors through LINK Business, they are one of the top performing teams in NZ. 

Come join and support Team Vazirani! With over 20 years of experience operating and selling businesses with a large network of buyers, multi-site owners, they have built a credible reputation and established themselves as a highly successful team. With an impressive referral rate, they are the 'go-to business brokers' across their community.

Their clientele are predominately Hindi speaking, so a preference for Punjabi would be a nice to have. Whilst this is not a requirement, it certainly would help in communicating easily with them and their clients. 

Key tasks include: 

  • Preparation of documents and ensuring all correspondence is completed to a high standard. 
  • Management and coordination of Team Vazirani's calendars.
  • Management and maintenance of all contacts on database, ensuring they are up-to-date. 
  • Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, purchasers, enquirers and suppliers, ensuring positive relationships. 
  • Meet and greet all visitors for Team Vazirani and manage all calls professionally. 
  • Support with deals: issuing and processing confidentiality agreements, collation of business information and arranging meetings.
  • Leading/participating in special projects.

Team Vazirani are great to work with but extremely busy and hard-working, so we need someone who can proactively take initiative to ensure efficient running of their administrative operations, ensuring company processes and procedures are followed. 

You get to work with the wider central admin team at LINK Business, to ensure the broker's needs are met within agreed timeframes, and as a LINK Business brand ambassador, that they are in line with LINK Service delivery standards and values.
