We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to join our team
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to significantly contribute to the efficiency and success of our busy Associate’s practice. You will use your strong organisational skills to pre-empt her needs, including client and file management, diary management and general administration. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based in our Palmerston North office. We offer flexible work arrangements during standard office hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. The number of hours can be tailored to suit the ideal candidate.
