Harcourts is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join one of our top performing sales teams at our Mt Maunganui office.
This highly successful team dominates a large share of property listings within the area and we operate an ambitious and growing business.
Due this continued success we're looking for an organised and diligent professional to take charge of the administration of our business, allowing us to focus on what we do best - sales!
You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing ongoing sales support, organising advertising and marketing, and managing the team's general administration and databases.
Our ideal candidate will be an honest, reliable, hardworking individual who thinks outside the box, has plenty of initiative, a good sense of humour and shares our high standards of performance.
You will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, with a track record of success in organising and maintaining excellent systems and management.
