This is a permanent full-time role based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch), with your initial six month period fully onsite at our Addington office. You’ll begin with hands-on classroom training (training hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday), designed to set you up for success. After this period, you may transition to a hybrid working arrangement. Following training, you’ll be working five days, covering weekdays between 08:00–18:30, and every second Saturday or Sunday between 08:30–18:00.

• Review existing policies to ensure customers are fully covered.
• Uncover insurance needs to offer best solutions tailored to each customer.
• Resolve queries effectively and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain product and system knowledge, including compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and deliver on IAG’s purpose.
